Paid to Click [PTC] vs Paid Survey

Today would like to talk about Paid to Click and Paid Survey.

Most would have noticed PTC [Paid to click] links can be found on the blog.
Now I will only be maintaining 2 PTC links only.
Reason:
- Lots of PTC which i visited had closed down. No payout received.
The only Stable PTC are non the less.. Neobux and Gagabux.

- PTC payout are in USD$ most thorough Paypal.
When transferring from paypal to bank, another charges will incur.

- PTC will need some investment before you can receive returns. Well, that works for those who have spare cash on hand.
As for those not, they will be stuck with Basic membership resulting in low returns.
Some simple calculation:
1 days 4 clicks = $0.04(Neobux) / $0.032(Gagabux)
In order to reached $10(max payout):

Neobux:
$10 / $0.04 = 250days
250days = 8months 10days.

Gagabux:
$10 / $0.032 = 313days
313days = 10months 13days.

Now.. as the figure shows.. it will need 8~10months to get a payout once you reached the max payout point.. No one can guarantee in between these period what will happen to the website.. (website might go bust just 2days before you reach your $10 payout)

Recently, I joined a couple of Paid Survey.. guess should said since Feb 2009..
and guess what? though the rewards may not be in cash form (comes in terms of shopping vouchers).. but its safer as compared to PTC..

Some sites offered 290 points for a pair Cathay cinema tickets..
To get 290 points, you will need to complete survey..
You will get 1~2survey per month(its little but rewarding).. each survey points ranged from 20~110points..
Using the lowest points reward to calculate..
290 / 20 = 15 surveys..
15surveys / 2survey each month = 8months..

Now.. people will question.. isn't it the same as PTC? Lets calculate somemore to see if it is true..

USD$10 convert to SG$ will be $14.04
To transfer from paypal to your bank account.. $14.04 - $1 (according to Paypal)..
You get $13.04 credited to your account..

Paid Survey
You request rewards.. rewards mailed to your address FOC..
watching weekends movie will cost SG$10.. a pair = SG$20

Now.. PTC vs Paid Survey.. $13.04 vs $20.. which one is more tempting for you?
